But what can’t be denied is that it has charm : single vertical line with just two barbers and seated clients. No one says a word to each other; the barber knows what the client wants. The supply and demand curve meet like lovers who know each other and make each other mutually happy. I have never seen curves spooning each other so well, not even in textbooks. "First time here and I was extremely upset walking out with a worse haircut than when I walked in. I was assigned to Chen— poor attitude and haircutting. Chen didn’t follow the reference photo I gave her and she clipped the sides way shorter than I needed. I received haphazard, choppy bangs and asked if they could be cleaned up some more. She talked back to me that my bangs would not be straight anyways, which I was aghast since the reference photo I showed her was of myself with my usual blunt bangs. She did some more haphazard cutting. Since she wasn’t willing to put in good effort I decided to cut my losses and leave. My hair is now too short to be corrected. Also Chen was insistent on tips, which rubbed me the wrong way. She verbally told me about tipping during the cut. During the payment process she gave me an unpleasurable look while gripping my change in her hands signaling that she didn’t want to give it back to me. It wasn’t a ridiculous amount of cash and I let her keep it. If you’re looking for any precision work, it’s a mistake to come here."

"He was extremely kind and meticulous. I've got a haircut exactly how I wanted (trim and a bit of layer). What I love about it is the quality of service and the fact that I spent 15 minutes there - they waste nobody's time including themselves and their clients.
